A unique, professional equestrian property that has been recently built and restored from the ground up and incorporates stabling and a training centre. Building 2 - Stables and grooming room
In total there are 15 horse boxes. 9 of them are in the first building. These large boxes are German designed and built. This building has 1 metre thick walls and 8 metre high ceilings ensuring perfect insulation and fresh air for the horses. The big grooming room is completely tiled and has warm and cold water. There also is floor heating. There are several fixed cupboards and beautiful saddle and bridle racks with bronze horse heads. Building 3 - Stables, food storage, dog house, room for automatic horse walker, technical room, reception room and studio
Here are 3 more big horse boxes of the same German production as the other boxes. The food storage room is completely tiled and closes automatically. The doghouse has an isolated floor. A separate room with toilet, small kitchen unit and old church floor can be used as a reception room or as a lunch room for the staff. On the first floor there is a well equipped studio with a living surface of 42 m2. It has a nice kitchen unit with oven, cooker and fridge, a laminate floor and a beautiful marble bathroom. There is a separate space which is now used for the automatic horse walker. The walls are tiled. The technical room provides all heating- and electric systems.

Building 4 – apartments, horse boxes, big loft
A central entry hall gives access to three one-bedroom apartments. They each have a living surface of 75 m2. They all have laminate floor, central heating, a kitchen unit (with fridge, microwave and small cooker), a nice bathroom of beige Italian marble (with toilet and shower) and a bedroom. All these apartments have matching wallpaper and curtains. On top of these 3 apartments is a giant loft in authentic state. It has windows and beautiful old oak beams. A separate entry leads to a bigger 2 bedroom apartment (125 m2). It has central heating, downstairs a beige Italian marble floor, a big kitchen (with dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge) and a toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. The two big bedrooms have laminate floors and beautiful authentic oak beams. There is a big bathroom with fitted double wash-basin, shower and toilet. The floor is beige Italian marble. At the end of this building are 3 more large horse boxes.

The horse centre
15 Horse boxes in total with the possibility to build many more. The horse centre is equipped with every single feature required for professional training. There is a lunging circle (20 metre diameter), a drained outdoor arena of 20 x 60 metre and an Olympic indoor riding school of 20 x 60 metre. The riding school was built 3 years ago and has beautiful wooden panels, wooden beams, lights, mirrors over a length of 20 metres and a connection for an audio installation. At the outside is a big storage room for hay, straw and machines. (300 m2). 7 very big paddocks are fenced with tropical wood for grazing. Three of these paddocks have shelters.

The grounds
The property is set in 60 hectares. The main part of the ground provides grass, but there also are some wooded areas and a beautiful, large pond with 2 swans and a magnificent fountain. The grounds have their own fresh water well, used for different purposes.
