We currently market over 5000 properties in 9 European countries, from small cottages to the grandest French chateaux and the most exclusive villas.
Our Live Property Feed affiliate programme enables our affiliates to display our properties on their website whilst earning an attractive sales commission. Commission is paid for sales resulting from visitor referrals to our website.
If your website caters for visitors who may be thinking of buying property abroad, a partnership utilising our Live Property Feed could be mutually beneficial.
What's involved
To place a Feed on your website, you need to sign up with your email address and choose some options. After we have activated the Feed, you will need to paste a short line of HTML code at the point in your page that you wish to display the Feed. Once this has been done, all referrals to our website will be tracked automatically.
When commission is paid
A visitor referred by your website must create a Portfolio or save a property on our website within 30 (thirty) days of clicking through from the LPF, for your affiliate ID to be attached to their record. Upon contacting us about their requirements, there is then a period of 365 days (1 year) during which the visitor should complete the process of purchasing a property through us.
After a sale has completed, you will receive a fixed percentage of our net commission (which may vary between countries) which is based on the total sale price of the property.
For a typical 200,000 EUR house, this would be anywhere between 250 and 500 euros. Naturally, the more expensive the property, the more your commission payment will be. This level of reward compares very favourably with other web-based affiliate schemes. Real estate commission is rarely offered to the general public.
Payment will be made as a cheque in Euros. If a referred visitor buys more than one property, commission will be paid on all sales resulting from the referral.
When commission is not paid
• If a visitor buys a property through us after 365 days, we assume that the visitor would have found our website through other means and we will decline to pay commission to the original referrer - as most sales happen within a year, this rule will rarely come into force.
• If an individual visitor is referred by two or more affiliates, commission will only be paid to the first affiliate.
• If an affiliate operates an LPF amongst adult or illegal adverts or content, we reserve the right to de-activate the Feed without notice and decline payment of any commission accrued at that time or in the future. This is to protect our image and good reputation. |

| Create a Live Property Feed for your website |

To request a Live Property Feed for your website, simply visit our Signup page.

Just enter your contact details then click through to choose your search Options (discussed above). After completing the signup, we will review your website and switch on your Live Property Feed. You will then be informed by email and given a link to an Options page where you can fine-tune your Feed and access the single line of code you should place in your web page. |

| Flexible & Easy Online Content |
|
| An LPF is simple to set-up and control using our online options menu. Choose as many or as few options as necessary for your requirements. However, we recommend not restricting an LPF too much to ensure there are enough properties to create the feed. Think about the demographic of your visitors and which areas are likely to interest them. |

| Countries |
|
| Choose from one of 9 European countries or leave as Any to maximise your search area. You may wish to show Apartments in all our Portugal areas, or perhaps all Mills across all countries. |

| Regions |
|
| Our countries are arranged into Regions, such as Southern Spain, South West France or the Algarve in Portugal. If you have a website whose content and / or visitors are particular to a region, this option will help you control the LPF's search accordingly. |

| Areas |
|
| For very specific searches, you can choose areas within our country regions. You may wish to search for farmhouses in the Charente department of France, or choose the Western or Eastern Costa del Sol. Generally, we advise for best results to keep your parameters as open as possible. |

| Types of Property |
|
| Each property in the LPF is given one of over 10 types, be it House, Villa or Apartment. Using this option will significantly reduce the LPF results but, if your website content is quite specific, you will also improve the effectiveness of the Feed for your visitors. |

| Keywords |
|
| Property descriptions include words that describe certain features of a property, such as whether it has a lake, is on or near a golf course, has 'gite' accommodation (or potential thereof) or is suitable for keeping horses. We have provided a number of popular keywords to choose from to enhance flexibility for very-specific websites. |

| |
| Size of the Property Feed |
|
| We understand that websites differ in size and format, bandwidth and design, so have included the option to restrict the LPF to between 3 and 10 properties. Perhaps you need to fill only a small space; or perhaps you wish to maximise impact. |

| Match your Website Colours |
|
As you can see in our examples, a range of colours are at your disposal to tailor the LPF to your website's colour branding and image. Three sets of colours are selectable:
• the background colour for the listings
• the colour of the listing text
• the colour of the "MORE" hyperlink |

| In addition to the main colours, you can also choose from a number of styles for our PPG branding at the very top of the Live Property Feed. This will help you match our logo to both your own website and the colour of your LPF. |
