An excellent shuttle bus service runs from 06-00 to midnight and links the village to Plagne 1800, Plagne Centre and Plagne Aime 2,000 as well as the La Roche chairlift where you will find the excellent Chalet de la Roche restaurant with its popular sunny terrace.
La Plagne, Les Arcs, Paradiski is one of the world's great ski areas with slopes and off piste for all standards of skier and boarder. With 425 km of piste, two glaciers, snow parks, high altitude cruising runs, sheltered runs through the trees and a wealth of off piste and "between the pistes" it really does offer something for everyone.
As well as the winter season there is a busy summer season in July and August when walking, cycling, parapenting, mountain biking, ebiking and, down in the valley, white water rafting and canoeing are just some of the activities on offer.
Local towns an easy drive away include Aime and Bourg St Maurice. Travel Information: Self drive; it is an easy 10 hour drive from the main channel ports. By rail; the nearest station is Aime la Plagne with regular bus and taxi links to resort. A direct Eurostar service runs from London St. Pancras to Aime la Plagne and Bourg St. Maurice in the ski season. By air; the main airports serving the resort are Chambery, Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble.
