There is a useful store room and to the left is an inner hallway area leading to the living room, a dressing room, kitchen and family bathroom. To the right of the central hallway is a door to an office, with a bedroom to the left overlooking the garden, and a door ahead into an inner hallway. From here, to the left is a second bedroom. Beyond is the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room (around 30m2 in total).

The property currently has shared well water, but the mains water is very close to the property and there is a good possibility of connection to the mains.
