Mojacar is 16 km from the property and has a coastline of over 20km with the beautiful white village on the hilltop. There are deserted coves and large sandy beaches and two 18 hole golf courses in Mojacar.
Vera and its neighbouring villages enjoy a micro climate and have over 310 days of sunshine per year. Temperatures during the day in winter tend to be around 16-22 degrees and in summer 28-32 degrees.
The closest airport is Almeria, about 50 minutes away, while the international airport of Murcia (140 km) is one and a half hours and Alicante airport (200 km) is a two hour drive away. The airport of Malaga is two and a half hours.
