Entrances of the XVIth century wing (ground floor and 1st floor). You enter directly in a beautiful part of this chateau which immediately takes you back in time. A large mezzanine (65 m2) runs above, from where you can admire the view on the entire architecture of this hall. Sunlight enters from the windows on the ground floor and on the mezzanine.
Another entrance for reaching the banqueting hall is on the rear of the chateau. Guest WC, staircase for the mezzanine complete the ground floor.

Entrances of the XVIth century wing (2nd and 3rd floors). Above this hall and its mezzanine, there is a very large space (185 m2 approx) on two levels, well renovated and converted in more bedrooms with shared bathrooms and kitchens (for groups, bikers, etc). On the 2nd level, further pillars and majestic vaults with exposed stoneworks and beams. The last level (third) that you reach by a spiral staircase, is a converted attic space with beautiful ancient timber work.

EXTERIOR. Terrace all around the chateau. Swimming pool at the rear of the chateau. Outbuildings include: Car ports, Garage and large shed.

MISCELLANEOUS. Two separate entrances into the park. Well situated for all amenities (education, health, shopping, airport of Castres-Mazamet, rail links). Carcassonne (50 km), Toulouse (80 km). Numerous touristic interests : a tennis squash is just near the chateau ; a river borders the park and it's one which is full of fish. The property is close to the touristic area of SIDOBRE and the famous medieval City of Carcassonne; Toulouse (the pink city) must be visited (the town, Airbus industries, the " city of space " with its real modules of orbital stations, etc) ; Albi (UNESCO heritage), etc. Golf course "La Barouge" at 18 km. A new motorway between Castres and Toulouse is planned.
