In the Official Gazette on Wednesday, a decree issued on January 10 under the Alur law (for access to housing and town planning) imposes new obligations on professionals who bring acquirers or tenants and sellers or landlords into real estate.<br \/>\nEffective April 1, 2017, sales announcements will have to systematically specify the sale price of the property and to whom is the payment of the fees of the intermediary, according to the order.<\/p>\n<p>The sale price of the property must include the share of professional fees paid by the purchaser, expressed both in terms of fees included and excluded &#8211; in a larger font size for the former.
