Set in the prestigious residential enclave of Las Lomas del Marbella Club Pueblo on Marbella's Golden Mile, the property forms part of a beautifully established community designed around traditional architecture, intimate streets and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
The development features a communal swimming pool and welcoming social club, creating a genuine sense of community and providing the perfect setting for relaxed Mediterranean living.

The residence is just a ten-minute walk from the beach and the renowned Puente Romano Beach Resort, with its exceptional dining, leisure facilities and vibrant social scene.

Equally suited as a full-time residence or an elegant holiday retreat, the property provides an idyllic base from which to enjoy the best of Marbella.
A truly distinctive turnkey residence, this beautifully curated home is far more than a newly built property. Every element has been carefully considered to create a residence with warmth, personality and soul - refined, established and ready to enjoy from the moment you arrive. Natural materials are central to the design. Throughout the interiors, Piedra Caliza limestone by Tino features across the flooring, bespoke basins, sinks and showers, creating a cohesive palette of warm, organic textures.
Rich bespoke walnut carpentry extends throughout the property, incorporating sliding doors, wardrobes, dressing-room cabinetry and generous storage.
An elegant integrated library, complete with a discreet minibar and coffee station, adds another layer of craftsmanship.
The bespoke kitchen combines style and functionality, with olive-green cabinetry, refined brass handles and a full Siemens Studio Line appliance package.
Custom-finished Silestone worktops provide a sophisticated and practical surface, creating an inviting space equally suited to everyday living and entertaining.
The bathrooms continue the emphasis on quality and natural materials, pairing Piedra Caliza limestone with Axor fixtures, Duravit sanitary ware, Italian bathtubs and heated towel rails.
Calm and sophisticated, these spa-like spaces express luxury through exceptional materials and craftsmanship rather than excess.

A distinctive feature throughout the interiors is the hand-applied natural lime finish.
Created by an artisan and deliberately finished with softly organic edges, the earth-based lime paint introduces subtle movement and texture while complementing the home's natural palette.
Modern comfort has been seamlessly integrated throughout, with underfloor heating, Mitsubishi air conditioning and an integrated alarm system providing year-round comfort and peace of mind.
A separate laundry room with washer, dryer and bespoke cabinetry adds practical functionality.

The outdoor spaces have been conceived as natural extensions of the living environment.
The principal terrace features a traditional Andalusian fountain, decorated with handmade Granada tiles inspired by the Alhambra and finished with an antique brass spout.
Traditional terracotta pots sourced from Andalusian factories further enhance the property's authentic Mediterranean character.
The upper terrace offers a more private retreat, with a dedicated living room area, luxurious terry-cloth furnishings and an outdoor tanning shower - an idyllic setting for slow mornings, afternoon sunshine and relaxed evenings beneath the Mediterranean sky.
Lighting has been treated as an integral part of the architecture. Bespoke light fittings and chandeliers handmade by artisans in Seville add warmth and character, while carefully selected vintage furniture and decorative pieces from the developer's personal collection give the home an individuality rarely found in newly completed residences.

The property is offered as a complete turnkey home, including furniture, fabrics, lighting and curated vintage pieces.
Fabrics sourced from some of Spain's finest artisan houses create a sophisticated dialogue between the walnut, limestone, lime finishes, handcrafted lighting and rich textiles.
The result is an exceptionally characterful residence that balances contemporary luxury with genuine Spanish heritage.
Refined without being ostentatious and sophisticated without losing its warmth, this is a home designed for effortless living - an intimate Mediterranean retreat within the distinctive character of an authentic Andalusian village-style community on Marbella's Golden Mile.

Buying a Property in Spain

1. Putting down a Holding Deposit

On finding a property you wish to purchase you will need to negotiate the terms, price and conditions of the sale with the owner. This part of the process is not binding. We would recommend using an independent English speaking legal advisor. Once a purchase price has been agreed, normally a holding or reserve deposit will be required to ensure the property is removed from the market. The sum required will vary between properties and will be based on the purchase price. A time limit for the preagreement to be signed will be arranged and there will also be legal checks to be made.

2. Setting up a Pre-agreement (Contrato privado de compraventa)

The pre-agreement will set out the conditions under which the Buyer and Seller agree to complete the purchase of the property and the price they have agreed upon. Relevant details will generally be included for example the property details, purchase price and the date for completion. A deposit will be required at this point, this will vary, but will generally be 10% of the agreed price. This agreement will include a penal clause if the sale does not go through. If the seller pulls out of the sale your compensation will be double the deposit you have paid, but if you decide not to go through with the sale then your deposit will be lost. Certain checks will need to be made before signing the contract, checks should be made against the title of the property, mortgage status and if the property has any debts held against it. The planning status should also be looked into. These conditions can be varied by the seller and the buyer and other types of agreement can be made.

3. The Contract (Escritura de compraventa)

Before a non-Spanish purchaser can buy a Spanish property they will need to have set up a Spanish bank account and obtained a Spanish tax number (NIE). The completion will take place in the presence of a Notary Public. This is a Spanish public official, by law the deed of sale must be witnessed by a Notary Public. You will also need your own independent, expert legal advisor to act on your behalf. On Completion the buyer must pay the balance, that is the price agreed after the deposit has been deducted, plus any other fees on the completion date. Both buyer and seller must sign the Escritura de compraventa contract, (this is the Spanish equivalent of the title deeds). The title deeds (escritura) will be given to the buyer, this will be done in the presence of a Notary Public, they will certify that the transfer has taken place. The tax office will be sent a copy and the property registry will be informed of the transfer.
