Stunning newly buillt 3 bedroom luxury villa with amazing infinity pool and garden, ideally located near all amenities in the prestigious area of Finestrat Hills.

This superb property presents a rare opportunity to acquire a striking residence where contemporary architecture, Mediterranean light and exceptional craftsmanship combine to create an elegant home designed for modern living.

With only a limited number of villas remaining, this exclusive development offers both privacy and sophistication in one of the Costa Blanca's most desirable locations. From the moment of arrival, the villa impresses with its refined architectural presence. The facade blends natural limestone, expansive glazed elevations and pristine self-cleaning white finishes, resulting in a timeless aesthetic that is both contemporary and welcoming.

Thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light throughout the day, the property enjoys a wonderful sense of openness and tranquillity. The outdoor spaces have been carefully conceived to provide an exceptional lifestyle throughout the year.

At the heart of the garden lies a stunning saltwater infinity swimming pool, finished with elegant Bali-inspired ceramic tiling that enhances the connection between water and landscape.

Generous terraces provide ample space for both relaxation and outdoor dining, while an architectural pergola with integrated LED lighting creates an inviting setting for evening entertaining. The beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden benefits from an automatic irrigation system, and discreet exterior lighting subtly highlights the villa's architectural features after sunset.

A distinctive 5.5-metre structural cantilever not only shelters the parking area but also adds a dramatic and contemporary character to the overall design.

Inside, the villa continues to reflect the same commitment to quality and functionality.

Spacious open-plan interiors are enhanced by a 2.6m high entrance door, large Technal aluminium windows and high-performance double glazing with argon gas and safety glass. Every room has been carefully planned to ensure a seamless flow of space with no wasted areas. A versatile utility room offers flexibility for use as a laundry area, storage space or technical room according to individual requirements.

Comfort and energy efficiency have been prioritised throughout the home. A zoned climate control system with Airzone technology allows personalised temperature management, while an advanced heat recovery ventilation system continuously refreshes indoor air and helps regulate humidity levels. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms adds an extra touch of luxury, complemented by electric blinds installed throughout the property.

The contemporary kitchen has been designed to balance style and practicality, featuring a striking granite island, integrated appliances and a discreet ceiling-mounted extractor. The principal bedroom offers a peaceful retreat and includes an impressive 5.5-metre fitted wardrobe with sleek minimalist detailing.

Looking ahead, the villa also benefits from pre-installation for a lift, ensuring future accessibility without compromising the integrity of the architectural design.

Situated between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, Finestrat offers an enviable combination of natural beauty, tranquillity and convenience. The charming historic village retains its traditional Spanish character, while the nearby beaches of Benidorm provide kilometres of golden sand and crystal-clear waters.

Residents can enjoy world-class golf courses, excellent shopping, renowned restaurants, vibrant nightlife and a wide range of leisure facilities, all within a short drive. With Alicante International Airport easily accessible, this superb property represents an outstanding opportunity to enjoy the very best of Costa Blanca living.

Buying a Property in Spain

1. Putting down a Holding Deposit

On finding a property you wish to purchase you will need to negotiate the terms, price and conditions of the sale with the owner. This part of the process is not binding. We would recommend using an independent English speaking legal advisor. Once a purchase price has been agreed, normally a holding or reserve deposit will be required to ensure the property is removed from the market. The sum required will vary between properties and will be based on the purchase price. A time limit for the preagreement to be signed will be arranged and there will also be legal checks to be made.

2. Setting up a Pre-agreement (Contrato privado de compraventa)

The pre-agreement will set out the conditions under which the Buyer and Seller agree to complete the purchase of the property and the price they have agreed upon. Relevant details will generally be included for example the property details, purchase price and the date for completion. A deposit will be required at this point, this will vary, but will generally be 10% of the agreed price. This agreement will include a penal clause if the sale does not go through. If the seller pulls out of the sale your compensation will be double the deposit you have paid, but if you decide not to go through with the sale then your deposit will be lost. Certain checks will need to be made before signing the contract, checks should be made against the title of the property, mortgage status and if the property has any debts held against it. The planning status should also be looked into. These conditions can be varied by the seller and the buyer and other types of agreement can be made.

3. The Contract (Escritura de compraventa)

Before a non-Spanish purchaser can buy a Spanish property they will need to have set up a Spanish bank account and obtained a Spanish tax number (NIE). The completion will take place in the presence of a Notary Public. This is a Spanish public official, by law the deed of sale must be witnessed by a Notary Public. You will also need your own independent, expert legal advisor to act on your behalf. On Completion the buyer must pay the balance, that is the price agreed after the deposit has been deducted, plus any other fees on the completion date. Both buyer and seller must sign the Escritura de compraventa contract, (this is the Spanish equivalent of the title deeds). The title deeds (escritura) will be given to the buyer, this will be done in the presence of a Notary Public, they will certify that the transfer has taken place. The tax office will be sent a copy and the property registry will be informed of the transfer.
