Enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, lush golf course, and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea from its prestigious location in the Marbella Club Golf Resort , is this exceptional 4 bedroom luxury villa nestling in an acre of beautiful landscaped gardens with pool.

Set within the exclusive, gated community in the hills of Benahavis, this elegant property enjoys a privileged south-west orientation and offers
Andalusian charm with generous living spaces and total privacy. This is a true retreat for those seeking tranquility and refined living just minutes from the coast.

A long, private driveway leads to a spacious entrance courtyard with ample parking for several vehicles.

Upon entering the property, there is an impressive entrance hall with soaring double-height ceilings, creating a grand sense of arrival. The living room is warm and inviting, with beautiful vaulted beamed ceilings, a cosy fireplace, and large windows that bathe the space in natural light. From here, the villa flows seamlessly into an elegant formal dining room-also with a fireplace-perfect for hosting dinners and special gatherings.

The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a charming breakfast area and is designed to comfortably accommodate everyday living or larger events. All three of these main living spaces open directly onto a wraparound covered terrace and sun-soaked open patios, offering picturesque views of the valley, mountains, and sea. Whether you're relaxing with family or entertaining guests, the outdoor spaces offer multiple areas for lounging, dining, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The villa's main level features three generous en-suite guest bedrooms, two of which share access to a spacious terrace with stunning sunset views. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with built-in wardrobes, natural light, and direct access to the gardens or terraces. A guest WC is also conveniently located on this floor.

The upper level is entirely dedicated to the luxurious master suite, offering privacy and comfort. This serene space includes a spacious bedroom, a separate dressing area or walk-in wardrobe, and access to private terraces that showcase spectacular vistas.

On the lower floor, the property includes a wine cellar and a large, versatile space that can be transformed into an entertainment room, cinema, gym, or even an additional bedroom, tailored to your lifestyle.

A secure garage comfortably accommodates three vehicles.

The mature, landscaped gardens are beautifully maintained and surround a large private swimming pool, creating a peaceful oasis to enjoy the warm Costa del Sol climate year-round.

Marbella Club Golf Resort is one of the most prestigious addresses in the area. Known for its 18-hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas, this low-density community offers 24-hour security, an equestrian centre with stables, and a relaxed lifestyle immersed in nature. Despite its tranquil setting, the resort is just 15 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus, and within easy reach of beaches, top restaurants, international schools, and amenities.

This outstanding property combines comfort, space, and timeless beauty in one of Southern Spain's most sought-after gated communities.

Buying a Property in Spain

1. Putting down a Holding Deposit

On finding a property you wish to purchase you will need to negotiate the terms, price and conditions of the sale with the owner. This part of the process is not binding. We would recommend using an independent English speaking legal advisor. Once a purchase price has been agreed, normally a holding or reserve deposit will be required to ensure the property is removed from the market. The sum required will vary between properties and will be based on the purchase price. A time limit for the preagreement to be signed will be arranged and there will also be legal checks to be made.

2. Setting up a Pre-agreement (Contrato privado de compraventa)

The pre-agreement will set out the conditions under which the Buyer and Seller agree to complete the purchase of the property and the price they have agreed upon. Relevant details will generally be included for example the property details, purchase price and the date for completion. A deposit will be required at this point, this will vary, but will generally be 10% of the agreed price. This agreement will include a penal clause if the sale does not go through. If the seller pulls out of the sale your compensation will be double the deposit you have paid, but if you decide not to go through with the sale then your deposit will be lost. Certain checks will need to be made before signing the contract, checks should be made against the title of the property, mortgage status and if the property has any debts held against it. The planning status should also be looked into. These conditions can be varied by the seller and the buyer and other types of agreement can be made.

3. The Contract (Escritura de compraventa)

Before a non-Spanish purchaser can buy a Spanish property they will need to have set up a Spanish bank account and obtained a Spanish tax number (NIE). The completion will take place in the presence of a Notary Public. This is a Spanish public official, by law the deed of sale must be witnessed by a Notary Public. You will also need your own independent, expert legal advisor to act on your behalf. On Completion the buyer must pay the balance, that is the price agreed after the deposit has been deducted, plus any other fees on the completion date. Both buyer and seller must sign the Escritura de compraventa contract, (this is the Spanish equivalent of the title deeds). The title deeds (escritura) will be given to the buyer, this will be done in the presence of a Notary Public, they will certify that the transfer has taken place. The tax office will be sent a copy and the property registry will be informed of the transfer.
