Every apartment consists of one or two bedrooms, it is fully equipped - A/C, central heating (with individual consumption counter), worldwide sat TV, security alarm, fire safety, a fully organised kitchen with all appliances and a big bathroom.
The floors are made from granite and the furniture from solid wood.
In addition, every apartment contains individual heating infrastructure with connection to photovoltaic systems allowing the usage of hot water all year round, as well as wireless internet and security doors.

The buildings are built on 4 levels; ground floor, first floor, second floor and an attic with 2.6m mid height. The ground floors also include the boiler room as well as large storage areas. The wall insulations are top of the line.

An 80 m2 chestnut-wood roof pergola built with natural stone accommodates the reception as well as the breakfast area and a large kitchen.

The spacious garden offers many different types of trees (palm trees, 80 year old olive trees, eucalyptus trees and many fruit trees), while the hotel itself, it is surrounded by high Leyland and cypress. Other elements include a stone built fountain, 2 water drills for irrigation-water autonomy, a full underground irrigation system, stone decorations, sitting areas, 3 barbeques, playground, a spacious and roofed parking space, an autonomous wastewater treatment with own flow pipe up to Pefkochori village, traditional outdoor lighting fixtures all around the external space, even a small church.

The large swimming pool is 16x 8 metres (excellent construction) is equipped with a cleaning system of the highest standard. The smaller, children’s pool is 5x 3 metres.
Additionally there is a Jacuzzi of 3,5 x 5 metres - hot water for which is provided through a photovoltaic system.

The pool bar is built with traditional stone and is 100m2 in size. It is fully equipped and furnished and it also serves the sun-beds area (snacks, coffee, icecream, drinks etc). The bar has been fully licensed since 2008.
