The vineyard plantings consist of 16.59 acres (6.71 hectares) of high quality grapes including Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba, Arneis and Freisa. They all have been classified as DOC and DOCG. All plants are on phylloxera resistant root stock and the grapes have consistently produced high quality wines. Total production approximates 690 quintals giving a potential of 66 thousand of bottles yearly.

The winery is about 800m2 and was built in 2006. It is equipped with underfloor heating and currently has the capacity of approximately 253 tons (2500 Hl), which can be expanded. The stocking tanks are made of stainless steel, while the ageing barrels or barriques are made of oak. Refrigeration system and thermo-controlled tanks are also part of the winery's asset. The bottling and packaging machines have an hourly productivity of up to 2,000 bottles; they are in excellent condition and have been purchased in the past few years.

The villa comes with 200m2 of floor space over two storeys: ground floor consists of two garages plus some further space used as canteen and storage; second floor consists of five rooms, restroom, small kitchen and a panoramic balcony.

The office is detached and is just next to the wine tasting room which is refurbished with top quality finishes; both the office and wine tasting room are part of the same building. This building also has three garages with very high ceilings at the back of the office and tasting room. This building can be converted into a small hotel with a potential fantastic panoramic view. There is also space to build a swimming pool in the garden. The open-air garage is currently used as park for tractors and storage for equipment.
