Access to the property's main entrance is from a public, asphalted road, onto a track that leads to the house.

The villages of Vera and Cuevas del Almanzora are both ten minutes from the property. In both villages there are an ample variety of schools, doctors practices, pharmacies, supermarkets, libraries, weekly markets, restaurants and bars. The lovely small village of Antas is also ten minutes from the property and Mojacar is 15 minutes from the house, as are the beautiful coves on Cuevas del Almanzora's coastline and the large sandy beaches of Vera Playa.

There are two 18 hole golf courses within a 10 minute drive from the property and three more within a 20 minute radius.

Cuevas del Almanzora has over 300 days of sunshine per year. Temperatures during the day in winter tend to be around 16-22 degrees and in summer 28-32 degrees.

The closest airport is Almeria about 45 minutes away, while the international airport of Murcia (140 km) is at one and a half hour. Alicante airport (200 km) is a two hour drive away and the airport of Malaga is at two and a half hours.
