Exceptional 5 bedroom fully furnished luxury villa nestling in over 1.5 acres of glorious land with beautiful gardens and pool, while enjoying far reaching countryside views from its peaceful location in Bannatyne.

Quietly perched on a breezy ridge this expansive residence delivers that rare combination of space, privacy, and possibility that Barbados homebuyers dream about.

Spanning over 1.65 acres across three generous lots, the property includes two parcels dedicated to the main home and a third beautifully maintained open lot brimming with potential, perfect for a private family compound, an additional dwelling, or future investment expansion.

Just under 465m2, the home was thoughtfully renovated and extended in 2005 to offer remarkable flexibility. It easily functions as a spacious single family home or can be comfortably divided into two self-contained living spaces, an ideal set up for multigenerational living, long-term guests, or rental income.

The main wing features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, abundant cabinetry, and a walk-in pantry. From here, the layout flows effortlessly into two dining areas, a dedicated TV room, a cosy sitting room, and an enclosed patio made for unwinding.

Three bedrooms sit along the eastern side of the home, perfectly positioned to catch the natural island breeze. The primary suite includes its own private bathroom, while two additional bedrooms share a well-appointed bath. All bedrooms are outfitted with built-in wardrobes.

A standout feature of this property is The West Wing, accessible from the main kitchen or through its own private entrance. This self-contained suite includes a second modern kitchen, a welcoming living area, guest bathroom, and two additional bedrooms. One makes an ideal study or guest room, while the other serves as a generous secondary primary suite with a walk-in wardrobe and an elegant en-suite bathroom complete with bathtub and shower.

Both bedrooms in the West Wing have air conditioning. This wing opens directly onto the pool deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living that feels made for Barbados.

Outside, the home reveals its charm. A sprawling 2,000 sq. ft. pool anchors the outdoor living space, surrounded by a blend of covered and open-air terraces. Lush gardens, a Jacuzzi, and peaceful corners offer a sense of retreat, with sweeping countryside views that stretch all the way to the distant sea. It is the kind of setting that makes every afternoon feel like a gentle escape.

Throughout the home, details such as high ceilings, wrought iron finishes, green heart wood flooring, tiled surfaces, insect screens, and beautifully finished Peruvian travertine bathrooms, add warmth, character, and comfort.

Storage is abundant throughout, with built-in cabinetry, generous kitchen storage in both wings, a spacious laundry room, utility cupboards, and more.

The property is fully enclosed with an electric gate and a split driveway for easy access to the open lot, supporting any future development plans.

Ideally located just five minutes from schools, shopping malls, restaurants, and beaches, this Bannatyne home offers convenience without compromising privacy. Being sold furnished, minus personal effects, it is ready for its next chapter.
