Renovation plan and budget included in the sale:
The charming and characterising elements of the house and it annex will be either restored or replaced. Amongst these special features are the exceptional and antique wooden window frames and shutters which came from a former convent, the fantastic large wooden entrance door and the original floor tiles. The courtyard inside the house with the storage spaces will be removed. This allows enough space to redistribute and enlarge the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also included in this the renovation is a completely new kitchen layout with new windows, doors, tiling and installations, new bathrooms and wardrobes.

On the exterior of the house, there will be terraces and/or porches in front of each room. The roof will be repaired and properly insulated, then finished with a rooftop terrace with an exterior staircase. The facade will be repaired, its plaster rendered smooth in a white colour finished with natural stone details and one facade will be completely covered with natural stone.

The Land:
The once exceptionally landscaped garden of the house was partially destroyed by the legendary Mojacar fire in July of 2009. Neither the house, nor its annexes were affected.

There is also a tennis court on the south side of the house that is in a bad state. The removal of this court and the excavation of the land, so it levels with the north facade of the house, are included in the price. This will allow direct access and large French doors in the kitchen area and south facing bedrooms.
