When contacting you, we will always choose what we feel is the most appropriate method or as directed by you. We may use your email address or phone number to contact you. Information that we share When you enquire about a property, we aim to put you in contact with the very best agent in that area. To do so appropriately and effectively, information transfer of your personal data is necessary.
In order to provide our service, we may transfer your forename, surname, email address, phone number and home address to an appropriate, GDPR-compliant (see Section ‘Affiliates & Agencies’) agent. Where the agent is not based in an EU member state, we will ask them to comply with the equivalent data regulations that apply in their country.
Security We take security very seriously at Prestige Property Group, and as such have taken a broad list of measures in order to make sure that both our systems and our users are as safe as possible when using our website:

The right of access You have the right to request, from us:

  • The recipients of your personal data, and what data has been sent to them (specifically recipients outside of the scope of the GDPR);
  • The length of time that we will retain your personal data for data processing;
  • If you have not given us information, then you may request the source of the information that we have been given.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that we are mishandling your data in any way.
The right to erasure (or, 'the right to be forgotten') Following a security check to make sure that you are the person that your personal data corresponds to, we will gladly oblige any requests for your data to be removed entirely from our systems.
This request will be performed as soon as possible on our current database, so that your data will not be accessible by affiliates, agents or our internal employees. However, this process may take up to 15 days to complete as your records may be retained on a backup server that stores data for 15 days.

Where we send you emails, you also have the full right to Unsubscribe from our direct marketing, so that you do not receive unwanted emails from us.
The right to rectification You hold the full right to correct any personal details concerning yourself that is not complete, or is incorrect.
The right to restriction It is your right to restrict the processing of any data that we may hold concerning you, if:
  • You feel that the data we hold on you is not accurate, where we will then go through the process of rectifying that data;
  • You feel that the processing itself is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of your data whilst simply wanting to restrict the use of that data;
  • We no longer require your personal data for processing, but you require the data for your own legal reasons;
  • You have exercised your right to object (above), and it is being verified if our legal/financial reasons override yours.
