The estate has approximately 29 hectares of land which comprises 8.5 hectares of productive vineyards registered under Chianti D.O.C.G (yearly production approximately 20,000 bottles) and IGT Toscana (yearly production approximately 41,000 bottles); the wines produced have received excellent reviews from the best enological guides of Italy.  

The vineyards are between 5-8 years old and can be found facing south, south-west at an altitude of 400 meters.  

The vines principally grow San Giovese along with Merlot, Cabernet, Petit Verdot and Syrah grapes; and more native grapes such as Mammalo, Ciliegiolo, Prugnolo Gentile, Alicante and Colorino.  
The vineyards are grown in four different areas of the estate depending upon the soil and the minerals the grape requires.  

The San Giovese grapes are grown in a sandy and clay-rich land area; the Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet, Petit Verdot, Mammalo, Ciliegiolo and Prugnolo Gentile are grown in a calcium-rich area; the Colorino and Alicante are grown in a clay-rich land area of the estate.

The estate also rents an additional 28 hectares of vineyards making for a larger wine production.

The property offers 7 hectares of productive olive groves with approximately 1,550 olive trees.  
The types of olive trees found on the estate are Moraiolo, Razza and Leccino; grown in clay-rich soil, and they annually provide a high quality extra virgin olive oil.  There exists the possibility to eventually build an olive mill/press building on the premises.   The company also grows saffron on its arable land, and includes woodland, parkland, a lovely swimming pool and a small lake. 

Wine Cellar (Cantina): 
The cantina develops on three floors (including the basement floor) and measures approximately 1,235m2.
The ground floor accommodates the wine tastings room with a large fireplace, storage rooms and a store where the current company sells their agricultural products.
The first floor is dedicated to the agricultural company offices.
The basement floor includes 3 rooms that are dedicated to wine storage and wine aging with barriques and cement tanks.

Main Villa & Ex-Grain Store (Fienile): 
The estate consists of a beautiful main villa and an ex-fienile building measuring approximately 650m2, which date back to the 13th century, as they were originally used as watchtowers. Today, the home is divided into seven independent apartments currently used for tourist rental. Each of the apartments accommodates a spacious living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, either a private garden or terrace, along with one bedroom and private bathroom.
