History:The property was built in 1757 for Pierre David MESTRE, squire and officer in the King's Guard and Captain in the Guyenne regiment, where he resided with his wife Marie Adelaide Eyma. The Pecharmant AOC appellation is very small and exclusive, having a total of 350 hectares in the appellation and has the particularity of producing only red wines.
