Information that we share When you enquire about a property, we aim to put you in contact with the very best agent in that area. To do so appropriately and effectively, information transfer of your personal data is necessary.
In order to provide our service, we may transfer your forename, surname, email address, phone number and home address to an appropriate, GDPR-compliant (see Section ‘Affiliates & Agencies’) agent. Where the agent is not based in an EU member state, we will ask them to comply with the equivalent data regulations that apply in their country.
Security We take security very seriously at Prestige Property Group, and as such have taken a broad list of measures in order to make sure that both our systems and our users are as safe as possible when using our website:

The right to erasure (or, 'the right to be forgotten') Following a security check to make sure that you are the person that your personal data corresponds to, we will gladly oblige any requests for your data to be removed entirely from our systems.
